Arnold has no city records office. Use the Anne Arundel County or Maryland custodian that holds the record:

- Court files by name: use the Arnold court records search, then contact the Circuit Court clerk at 410-222-1397 with the case number

- Birth and death certificates: Anne Arundel local appointment line, 410-222-4462, or the Maryland Division of Vital Records
